IPROCEL successfully completes the EPC project for the Cumayasa IV substation in the Dominican Republic.

IPROCEL has completed the construction and commissioning of the Cumayasa IV 138/34.5 kV substation, a project developed for Ecoener in the Dominican Republic. This project adds to the company's previous experience in the country, following the execution of the Cumayasa I substation, reinforcing the renewable energy evacuation capacity to the national grid.

The scope of the work included the detailed engineering of the substation and its associated systems, the supply of the main equipment (medium voltage switchgear, power switches, protection and control systems, auxiliary equipment), electromechanical assembly and field connection, as well as FAT and SAT tests, coordination of protection and verification of the automation systems (SAS).

With this new milestone, IPROCEL consolidates its presence in the Dominican Republic and continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in EPC solutions for the electricity sector in Latin America.
