Cobra Group and SENER award IPROCEL the electrical commissioning works at the Seraing Combined Cycle Power Plant in Belgium

IPROCEL has been selected by Cobra Group and SENER to carry out the pre-commissioning and electrical commissioning works for the Seraing Combined Cycle Power Plant, a facility located in Belgium that will have a total capacity of 875 MW. The project represents a key infrastructure to reinforce the stability of the Belgian electricity system.

IPROCEL's scope includes the supervision, verification and execution of functional tests on all the plant's electrical systems, from medium and low voltage, to protection, control and automation systems. It also integrates auxiliary infrastructures such as UPS systems, HVAC, instrumentation layouts and telecommunications networks.

With this award, IPROCEL consolidates its position in the field of conventional generation in Europe, providing its technical expertise in highly complex environments and reaffirming the confidence of its customers in the international market.
